Join us in supporting individuals and families on their journey to long-term recovery. Together, we can provide vital resources to those impacted by addiction in our community.
This October, one of our community members will be running the Chicago Marathon to honor the life and legacy of Andreas Halikas — and to raise $2,000 for Support4Recovery.
After a 15-year battle with addiction and mental health disorders, Andreas passed away in June 2025. Throughout his journey, Support4Recovery stood by his side. Now, in his memory, we are creating the Andreas Recovery House to continue the work he cared so deeply about.
Andreas was known for his warmth, selflessness, and unwavering love for others. Even in his lowest moments, he showed up for the people around him. His impact on the recovery community continues to ripple outward.
All funds raised will support the Andreas Recovery House and help expand access to resources, recovery support, and mental health awareness.
Join us in honoring Andreas’ legacy. No donation is too small.
2025 was another eventful year for Support4Recovery.
Here are some of our highlights:
We were able to open to Sober Living Environments-1 for (6 beds) men and 1 for women (12 beds). We are proud of the efforts our members put into these achievements and look forward to them continuing to fill up!

Support4Recovery relies on the generosity of individuals and organizations to continue providing safe, affordable housing to people in recovery. Whether through donations, volunteering, or partnership opportunities, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference. Your support ensures that we can continue to offer the life-changing assistance that Support4Recovery provides to the community of Contra Costa County.
The Emergency Housing Fund is intended to support individuals who have not received assistance from other organizations. Applicants who have already received funding elsewhere are generally not eligible for this program.
